Easy Returns Process

To initiate a return, simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at support@getsnakegaiters.com with your order number. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we\'ll issue a refund promptly. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 days to process, depending on your bank.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of receipt. We\'ll make it right by either sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund. To ensure a speedy resolution, please include your order number, photos of the damaged/defective items, and any relevant references.

Modification and Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at support@getsnakegaiters.com with your order number and the requested changes.
